The kitchen, run by Head Chef Graham Thomson, offers top quality cuisine using locally sourced meats, fresh fish delivered daily from Cornwall and locally-grown organic vegetables and edible flowers.
The Seven Stars Inn menu is classically British with daily-changing ‘Specials’ featuring the best of the seasonally available ingredients. Everything we serve is made on the premises, wherever possible our ingredients are seasonal and almost wholly English (often from our own polytunnel and smoker). Careful selection of suppliers ensures a local, fresh and organic choice of ingredients.
Our butcher - the award-winning Walter Rose & Son of Devizes - was established in 1847 and is still a family business, with the third generation providing top quality locally sourced produce, including beef from their own holding Stoke Marsh Farm.
Our fish arrives fresh everyday from Looe, Plymouth and Brixham markets on the Cornish and Devon coasts.
