ABOUT THE SEVEN STARS

Situated in the idyllic Vale of Pewsey - one of man's earliest settling places in the British isles - The Seven Stars has been licensed for over 265 years. Graham has been running The Seven Stars since 2014 and thanks to a combination of his background in London wine bars, Innovative culinary ideas and eccentricity 'The Stars' has quickly become a much loved local watering hole as well as attracting people far and wide for its different views on life and love of great food & drink.

We are focussed on our products being as sustainable and as locally sourced wherever possible. Our meat all comes from either Walter Rose or Lowerfields both of whom are family-owned businesses that are no more than a 10-mile drive away from us. Fresh fish is delivered daily from coopers food, Andover, who run day boats out of Lymington. Our seasonal salad comes from vitacress which happens to be grown in the fields opposite the pub, and a good chunk of our vegetable produce is grown on-site in our polytunnel or raised beds in the top garden.

THE POLYTUNNEL

In staying as locally sourced as possible we also grow a lot of our own produce, our polytunnel is certainly one of our pride and joys!
